MeraIndia is a community discovery platform that helps people of Indian heritage in the UK find events, restaurants, businesses, and community resources. Content on the Platform includes:

• Events submitted by community members and published after review
• Business and service listings submitted and moderated by our team
• News articles and announcements published by the MeraIndia team

MeraIndia is provided free of charge to users. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time without notice.

You may browse MeraIndia without an account. To submit content, bookmark items, or manage your profile, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

When submitting content to MeraIndia, you agree that you will not:

• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Post content that is defamatory, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory
• Advertise services or events that are illegal or harmful
• Submit spam or duplicate listings
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Use the submission form for commercial solicitation unrelated to the community

By submitting content, you grant MeraIndia a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the Platform. You confirm that you own the content or have the right to share it.

All user-submitted content is reviewed before publication. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

• Approve or reject any submission
• Edit submitted content for clarity, accuracy, or appropriateness
• Remove published content that no longer meets our standards
• Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms

We are not obligated to publish any submitted content and do not guarantee publication timelines.

The MeraIndia name, logo, design, and original editorial content are the property of MeraIndia and may not be reproduced without written permission. User-submitted content remains the property of its respective contributors.

MeraIndia is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listed content is accurate, complete, or up to date.

MeraIndia is not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted content, or for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeraIndia's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which in most cases will be £0).

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
