Come join us for an exciting Indian Cooking Masterclass in Hounslow West! Learn how to cook authentic Indian dishes from scratch with Monisha Bharadwaj an award winning author and professional chef. This hands-on event will teach you the secrets of Indian spices, flavors, and techniques. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned cook, this masterclass is perfect for anyone looking to expand their culinary skills.
As part of this class, you will visit a local Indian shop to learn how to choose the best Indian ingredients and cook 4 dishes as part of a group, in our welcoming home kitchen. Vegetarians are welcome.
You will be met at Hounslow West tube station at the class start time for this exciting food adventure.
Our school is 15 minutes away (just 2-3 stops on the Piccadilly Line on the tube) from London's Heathrow Airport, so if you are staying at one of the Heathrow hotels or on a layover, this is a fun and informative activity to do.
Sample Menu- Pulao Rice, Chicken or Chickpea Masala, Vegetable side dish, Smoked cumin Raita (salad vegetables with spiced yoghurt). We will eat together what we cook!
